Unlike mechanical anemometers, WindSonic M ultrasonic sensors have no moving parts susceptible to wear and tear. This allows accurate wind speed and direction measurements to be delivered with minimal maintenance. This heated version of the device provides enhanced turbine reliability through the prevention of ice and snow accumulation.
