- Re-uses OEM springs, tubes & flanges - 90 day warranty only on springs
- All new heavy duty rod end bearing housing with swivel bearing to accommodate any angular misalignments and provide a little 'give' in service to reduce wear
- Phosphor bronze bearing shells - field replaceable by lowering the blade holder off the hub arm
- All new 45mm dia rod
- Captive rubber washer provides cushioning in rotor overspeed operation
- Spring tube has welded end cap - any failed spring parts are wholly captive
- Easy fitting with shims to accommodate inevitable dimensional tolerances in the blade holder and pivot blocks
Description
This is a service exchange component designed to be fitted by the customer if desired. If fitting in the field it will be necessary to fit shims between the blade holder and spring tube flange to achieve perfect blade pin alignment in the pivot blocks. Shims are available at extra cost but will be supplied free of charge if the spring tubes are factory fitted.
If factory fitted, there is an option to metal spray and re-paint the blade holders with 2 part epoxy paint. Price for blade holder shotblast, metal spray and re-paint – £300 per blade holder
